What type of wax do you use?

I use Satin Smooth wax for treatments offered at Gameela Skin, and depending on the type of wax treatment, I will use either Satin Smooth hard wax or Satin Smooth wax strips. Hard wax will be used primarily for services involving more sensitive areas, like the nose, ears, etc., but both hard wax and wax strips are safe for use on sensitive skin. I will only ever use wax that is safe and will be as gentle as possible, no matter what area you are getting waxed.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Yes! Gameela Skin does not accept walk-ins, so I strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance to guarantee your spot, ideally 3–4 weeks ahead. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

I don’t want to be fully bare. What are my options?

Gameela Skin offers a few different bikini waxing services. 

• Bikini Line: If you struggle with razor burn or irritation in your bikini area, a bikini line wax is a great way to find relief. Removing hair along the front of the bikini area helps prevent irritation and leaves your skin silky smooth for 3-6 weeks.
